There is no space to store strollers and wheelchairs onboard, but they can be stored at the monitored duck stop. The activity provider is not responsible for these or any personal items
The Maine Duck vessel has nine steps to board. If you have limited mobility but can climb aboard, the activity provider's crew is available to assist
There are no bathroom facilities on board
There are parking meters on the street and several parking garages nearby
The Duck pulls up 15 minutes prior to your tour, directly in front of Portland Lobster Co. on Commercial Street.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
