Courtesy time is 15 minutes. Please calculate with the time to get to the meeting point. Once the courtesy time has elapsed, we start the route and the amount will not be refunded.

This activity requires a minimum of 5 participants (adults). In case of not reaching the minimum we will contact you and you will be able to change the reservation for another date, another activity or ask for a refund.
We will meet outside the Casa de la Aduana in Puerto de la Cruz, where our tour guide will be waiting for you with the identification of El Cardón.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
