Pickup Information:
Hotel guests will be picked up directly from their hotel lobby, with tours starting at 9:00 AM. If there are any changes to the timing, guests will be notified in advance.

For cruise ship guests, pickup depends on the tender schedule, as ships currently anchor in the harbor. Following the December 2024 earthquake, access to the main wharf is no longer available. Pickup will take place in town at the temporary jetty used by all cruise passengers. There is only one designated tender location, making it easy to find—no need to worry about exact directions.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
