Menu I:
1. Bánh Xèo – Crispy & Savory Vietnamese Crêpes / Pancakes is a popular dish in the center and south of Vietnam. The name means "sizzling pancakes or crêpes" and refers to the sound the batter makes when it hits the hot skillet. Serve these shrimp-studded crêpes with lettuce, fresh mint and basil, and nuoc cham dipping sauce.
2. Phở Cuốn/Gỏi Cuốn - Vietnamese fresh rice paper/dried paper rolls - a long-standing traditional dish with its own flavor of the North. Rolled Pho is made from Pho rice paper, wrapped inside is stir-fried beef with onions/shelld-shrimp & pork, cilantro, & lettuce. It is served with sweet sour fish sauce with chopped garlic or peanut sauce.
3. Rau Muống Xào Tỏi – Vietnamese stir-fried morning glory with garlic is very common throughout Vietnam. This is very fresh green vegetable and is usually served with rice in the Vietnamese people’s daily meals.
4. Fruit salad: Mango or pomelo salad is a fresh dish with mango or pomelo, carrot mixed with a sweet and sour fish sauce.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
