- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Early/Late surcharge: From 10:00pm to 5:00am, the surcharge will be applied from 5-10 usd based on the car type. The reservation team will advise you and you will need to do a payment on the spot/online payment
- Waiting time: For International flights - 90 minutes; For Domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
