Ha Noi: Vietnamese Cooking Class with Local Market Tour

Learn Vietnamese recipes and get cooking tips you won't find in a book. Take a trip to a local market to learn about the ingredients, herbs, and spices needed to make great Vietnamese food.
The class lasts 3 hours, starting with the market trip. The guide will bring you to a traditional market in Old Quater and tell you about the main ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine, so you can have a clearer overview about Vietnamese food and an insight into Vietnamese herbs and spices ( herbs and spices are important in Asian dishes). You will get to know some key useful Vietnamese words to buy and bargain the necessary ingredients yourself
After buying the necessary ingredients, you will come back to our class kitchen and listen to the dishes’ principles and general methods, then watch how the guide prepare the foods. After that you can cook yourself and enjoy your Masterpiece

- Meet up at our address number 08 Gia Ngu street, old quarter, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi and start to go to the market.
- Arrive at the market to explore about our types of ingredients, learn how to pick good produce and bargain.
- Back to the kitchen to learn and cook your own 5 dishes meal
- Enjoy your masterpiece, receive a certificate of completion and cookbook. Class ends.
