You will have a leisure coffee talk with the guide at a coffee shop near by Hoan Kiem lake to explore more about Vietnam's culture, history and people, and the city Hanoi. Then the host will be a friend to walk with you around Hoan Kiem Lake and some streets in the old quarter to discover the landscape and culture there. You can visit places such as Ngoc Son Temple, Nam Huong temple, Hanoi Opera House, Thang Long Puppet Theatre, shop houses (including handicraft shops) along the streets in the Old Quarter,... and learn interesting facts about the city and its people.
The host can help you take pictures with good quality at the places you visit (if you wish to).
The tour is operated by Dr. Thanh Le who is a lecturer at Vietnam National University, Hanoi with the participations of her colleagues and friends who knows well about Hanoi and the country Vietnam.
Meet the guide at the restaurant Thuy Ta Legend Ho Guom, 4 Le Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. The coffee often takes place at Thủy Tạ Legend Hồ Gươm, or an alternative place near by Hoàn Kiếm Lake. A drink of no more than 80,000 VND is offered in the tour. The coffee talk often lasts for about 30-40 mins and the walk often lasts for about 1 hour 20 or 30 mins. Totally the tour takes about 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours.
