Join in group: please meet your tour guide at the booking office: 03 Gia Ngu Street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi (In the center of Old Quarter of Hanoi, close to the Water Puppet Theater). - Only special request of Private Group would be pick up at Selected Hotels in Hanoi with the diameter 5 - 7 kilometres from Old Quarter. We do not pick up for private tour for the following hotels: Marriotte Hotel, Novotel, Lotte Hotel, Kangnam Hotel, Deawoo Hotel, Fortuna Hotel, Summer Westlake hotel.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
