Hanoi : Incense Village, Conical Hat & Lacquer Art Day Trip

Immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Vietnamese handicraft traditional villages including : Lacquer Art Ha Thai Village, Chuong Conical Village and Quang Phu Cau Incense Stick Villages.
8.00 - 8.30 am : After getting pick up from your hotel, you will go ahead to the first traditional village - Ha Thai handicraft lacquer vilage.
9.00 am - 10.45 am : Ha Thai handicraft lacquer vilage . Locating about 30km south of Hanoi, right passing through the old village gate, a peaceful rural life exists there, like any northern rural village, with lush green rice fields dotted with buffaloes quietly grazing. But what makes this place even more special is its skillful craftsmen.
You will learn traditional craft making lacquer paint and see the popular lacquer-wares such as: lacquer pantings, decor items ( vases, boxes, hand-painting, lacquer funitures, lamps…), table wares ( bowls, wine caddies, bread and fruit baskets…) or hotel accessories (jewery boxes, cabinet,…)
10.45 am- 12.15 pm: Chuong Conical Hat Making Village. This village well-known its conical hat industry. Here, you will get to try your hand at conical hat painting as well as observe the artisanal manufacturing processes. Take home your beautiful hat as a souvenir of your day.
12.15 pm- 1.15 pm : Lunch time at local family.
1.35 pm - 3.45 pm : Visiting Quang Phu Cau Incense Stick Village. This village is a a special beauty in the suburbs of Hanoi , which existed for more than 100 years, preserving the traditional incense-making profession, and is a beautiful check-in place that attracts tourists and also photographers.
4.00 pm: Returing back to centre of Hanoi
5.00 pm : Drop off at hotel.
