You will taste cuisine from North, Central, and South Vietnam. Get picked up at the meeting point, Huyen Sy Church, and then we leave the tourist area behind and walk to the local.
1. We fill our stomachs with specialty food in town " Bo La Lot", the southern dish origin. This restaurant was selected by Michelin and Anthony Bourdain used to eat there.
2. Walking down the tiny alleyways to a local vendor selling tasting 'Bánh Xèo" and "Bánh Khọt" – The Central and South Rice Pancake with a lot of fresh Vietnamese vegetables and herbs.
3. Explore the local area, where you can grab a beer to drink while walking like a gangster in town to the fourth dish called "Vietnamese Pizza" from Central Highland Area.
4. Catch your breath by trying the fresh sugar cane juice at the second-hand and seafood markets.
5. Tasting the northern dish "Xoi Man," hot sticky rice, pate, sausages, pork floss, & herbs
6. Visting the oldest apartments to truly feel local lives here, watching local people activities at night, and taking stunning photos in this area
7. Last stop, we cross the street to explore other districts and stop at the most famous street food market and biggest flower market. Explore more dishes such as grilled rice crackers, one food challenge, and Coconut Ice Cream.
