At 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM, our guide and cyclo (the traditional three-wheel Vietnamese taxi) will pick you up from your hotel in Hue city center or a designated meeting point.
The tour begins with stops at popular local eateries to taste Hue’s signature dishes such as Banh Beo (steamed rice cakes), Nem Lui (grilled pork on lemongrass), Banh Loc, Banh Nam, and Banh Khoai (Hue-style fried pancake). Your guide will share the stories and cultural background behind each dish.
Next, enjoy Com Hen — a unique tiny clam rice dish found only along the Perfume River. Relax on your cyclo as you explore Hue’s charming streets and hidden corners at night before stopping to savor the famous Bun Bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup).
To finish on a sweet note, enjoy Che, Hue’s traditional sweet dessert. The tour concludes with a scenic ride past the historic Truong Tien Bridge, crossing the Perfume River.
