Travel from Livingstone to Lusaka on a 2-day tour. Explore Kalomo, marvel at art in the Choma Museum, see the Samu Lya Moomba National Heritage Site, and buy local crafts at Kabwata Cultural Village.
There some exciting stopover excursions along the way for your maximum tour enjoyment and pleasure. This include a night sleep over in Choma.

06:30 am: Day 1: Livingstone - At your Lodge/Hotel

10:30 am: Arrive in Kalomo town, the first colonial capital city of the then Northern Rhodesia, current Zambia.

What you will do in Kalomo:
1. Visit and tour the first state house of the colonial administrator of Northern-Western Rhodesia (now Zambia).
2. Visit and tour the site of the first Standard Chartered Bank of Zambia

12:30 pm: Enjoy a delicious Lunch break with healthy foods in Kalomo.
Leave for Choma and see the Kalundu Mound along the way.

15:30 pm – Arrive in Choma town
Overview: Choma is a market town and is the provincial headquarters of Southern Province of Zambia. It is home to Choma museum and craft centre. This centre is exclusively dedicated to the preservation and display of cultural heritage of the Tonga people of southern province of Zambia. You will tour Choma Museumand Craft Centre and the nearby Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula statue.

17:00 pm – Check in at any other good accommodation facility in Choma.

19:00 pm – 21:30 pm: Enjoy dinner.

21: 40 pm: Retire to bed to sleep

Day 2: Travel to Monze enroute to Lusaka, capital city of Zambia

06: 00 am - Wake up and bath with warm water.

06:30 am: Leave for Monze town enroute to Lusaka city. Take your sumptuous breakfast at a good Restaurant in Monze
Pleasurable activities you will do in Monze

You will visit the Samu Lya Moomba (meaning tree of the Horn bill) national heritage site outside Monze town in Bweengwa area, Chief CHOONGO’s chiefdom to see Zambia's deep cultural heritage.

After an hour's tour of Samu Lya Moomba, you will then depart for Mazabuka, the next town after Monze. You will see large sugar plantations on the way near Mazabuka town. You will pass a number of small village siding settlements along the way to Mazabuka, approximately 72 kms from Monze.

Munali National Monument
You will visit the Munali Hills historic site situated about 56km north of Mazabuka. This monument is a commemoration of Dr. David Livingstone’s passage through the hill pass that separates the Lusaka high plateau from the Kafue Flats.

Afternoon: Arrive in Lusaka and check-in at your Lodge/Hotel.

Thereafter you have checked in your lodge/hotel, we will take you to East Park Mall at Matabeto Restaurant to eat Zambian traditional food.

- A visit Kabwata Cultural Village; A lot of crafts and local print clothing are sold here, a perfect place for you to buy a souvenir to take back home.

Thereafter, you will be returned back to your Lodge/Hotel in Lusaka (End of tour)
