Must-Visit Spots
Conservatory Complex
Made up of four themed conservatories. The Tropical Rainforest Hall features an artificial waterfall with immersive scenery. The Desert Plant Hall houses giant cacti. The Alpine Plant Hall offers a cool retreat, and the Curious Plants Hall displays carnivorous plants. The layout resembles a maze; allocate around 1.5 hours for your visit.
Longdong Qilin
The most stunning highlight of the whole garden. Admire bald cypress trees beside the lake. Capture mirror-like reflections from Wenchang Bridge, creating picturesque ink-wash style views.
Central Great Lawn
A vast open lawn ideal for sitting down, picnicking and unwinding. There is also a swing tree nearby, perfect for photos and rest.
Vine Garden
Tunnel arches wrapped in twisting vines and huge concrete window frames, just like a real-life Wizard of Oz green wonderland — a top spot for forest-style photography.

Practical Tips & Warnings
Mosquito & Sun Protection:
There is dense vegetation with many mosquitoes (including midges). Bring strong insect repellent and long sleeves/trousers. In summer, prepare sunscreen and hats due to strong sunlight.
Supplies:
Dining outlets inside the garden are sparse and scattered. Bring your own water bottle, snacks and picnic mat. Only bottled herbal tea is available near the conservatory; regular soft drinks are not sold.
Outfit Suggestions:
Light-coloured or forest-style clothing works best for photos. Wear comfortable walking shoes — you will easily walk over 10,000 steps.
Best Visiting Time:
Arrive early in the morning for fewer crowds and cooler weather. After 16:00, the soft light is great for photography. Please note the conservatory closes at 17:30, so arrange your schedule accordingly.
