Learn how to identify aroma, flavor, body, and aftertaste like a pro, and master the V60 brewing method to achieve the perfect aroma, body, and texture in your filter coffee. Each coffee is paired with three traditional Belgian chocolates, allowing you to explore contrasts, harmonies, and how flavors enhance one another.
To finish, create your own signature drink using ingredients such as lime zest, chili, spices, creamy elements, or even liqueur—designing your own perfect connection between cacao and coffee.
