Taste a mix of 6 white and red wines in a relaxed small-group setting, with a maximum of 10 participants.
What makes BA.S.A.L.T. special is its wide wine selection and flexible tasting concept. Around 80 different wines are available and can be served in 30 ml tasting portions using Coravin, as well as by the glass or bottle. For this tasting, the suggested format is a curated flight of 6 Bulgarian wines made only from local grapes, selected to show different styles, aromas, and expressions. As you taste, compare lighter and fuller-bodied pours and get a clearer sense of the country’s native wine profile.
