Discover a focused tasting experience at BA.S.A.L.T. in Sofia, a wine bar built around the idea of flexible wine exploration. Thanks to the venue’s Coravin-based concept, wines across the portfolio can be served in small tasting pours, giving guests the chance to explore rare bottles in a more accessible way. This tasting centers on 6 limited and rare wines from extreme vineyards, priced at 29 EUR per person.

Your experience takes place at the BA.S.A.L.T. venue on Tsar Asen Street, where you will be welcomed and seated for a hosted tasting. The lineup is designed to showcase wines from striking vineyard locations, including Lanzarote, Etna, and Valdeorras. The selection includes a mix of whites, sparkling wines, and reds, offering a broad view of how challenging landscapes shape style, texture, and character in the glass.

As the tasting progresses, you will sample each wine in turn and compare different regions, grapes, and expressions. Complimentary water is included throughout the experience. If you would like to accompany your tasting with food, tapas, cheese, and meat platters are available to order on site at an extra cost. The experience finishes at the venue after the final tasting pour.
