Description
Head down the Salzach River, fed by the glacier regions of the Großglockner. Taking you from Eschenau to Schwarzach, this moderate difficulty white water rafting tour will get the adrenaline flowing.
Join this rafting tour and head to the Salzach River. Provided the water level is high enough, you'll experience white water rafting of moderate difficulty.
From the meeting point, you'll transfer to the start of the river. After you begin, there's a short section of the river that will give you time to familiarise yourself with the character of the river and the onboard commands. You'll soon be at the 'Labyrinth', a blocked rapids section that will demand focused attention.
Make your way through the Railway rapids section, after which point the river continues through Lend. From the impressive waterfall of the Gasteiner Ache, things slow down a bit. Shortly before the finish, there are some splashy sections where staying dry will not be an option. After, you'll head back to the meeting point.
