Begin your journey with a visit to Lake Sevan, one of the world’s largest high-altitude freshwater lakes. Surrounded by soft mountains and open skies, it offers breathtaking panoramas in every season. Explore the historic Sevanavank Monastery, enjoy fresh local cuisine, or simply relax by the bright turquoise waters.
Next, head to Haghartsin Monastery, nestled deep within the lush, green landscapes of Dilijan National Park. Dating back to the 10th–13th centuries, the complex features beautifully restored churches, intricately carved stonework, and a peaceful atmosphere that blends harmoniously with nature.
Continue to Goshavank Monastery, located in the heart of Tavush’s forested landscapes. Built in the 12th–13th centuries by the scholar Mkhitar Gosh, the monastery once housed a famous school and scriptorium where important manuscripts were created. Admire its elegant churches, finely carved khachkars—including the renowned “Gosh” cross-stone—and peaceful courtyard framed by mountains.
Finally, visit the Ijevan Wine & Brandy Factory, one of Armenia’s most beloved producers of wine, brandy, and fruit-infused spirits. Explore the production halls, learn about the aging process, and enjoy guided tastings of elegant wines, aromatic brandies, and famous fruit wines made from local berries and fruits.

INFORMATION IMPORTANTE
The tour starts and ends in Yerevan (T1 Tamanyan Street, Cascade Complex, Yerevan 0001, Armenia). Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for departure.
Total duration is a full day (approx. 08:30 – 19:00), so wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
Weather can vary, especially near Lake Sevan and in forested areas—bring a light jacket even in warmer months.
Moderate walking is involved, including steps and uneven surfaces, especially at Sevanavank.
Lunch is not included unless specified—there will be a stop where you can enjoy local cuisine.
Entrance fee and tasting at Ijevan Wine & Brandy Factory are not included
Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera—the landscapes of Tavush and Sevan are highly photogenic.
The tour is suitable for small groups (12+ participants) and is available in Armenian, English, and Russian.
