1: We offer 3 options for the group meeting point:
1): Entrance statue of the Terracotta Army Museum
2): Your hotel lobby
3): Fixed downtown location: Bell Tower Hotel

2: If you choose to meet the guide at the Terracotta Army Museum entrance, you can reach the venue via the following two ways:

Option A: DIDI Taxi
Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes
Cost: 10–20 USD per car

Option B: Metro + Bus (Budget-Friendly)
Total cost: 1.5 USD per person
Route: Take Metro Line 1 or Line 6 to Fangzhicheng Station, then transfer to Line 9 to Huaqingchi Station. Exit via Exit C and take Bus No. 613 or No. 602 (1 stop, about 18 minutes) to the museum entrance. Proceed to the parking lot and meet the guide at the Statue of Emperor Qinshihuang.

3. 15-Guest Group Tour with Transfer:
1). 15-guest group A and 8-guest group:
Pickup point: Your hotel lobby.
Pickup Time: Morning Bus tour A: 7:00–7:45 AM & Afternoon tour: 15:00 (staff will wait for you in the hotel lobby)
Journey Duration: ~1 hour from pickup point to the museum
Tour Coverage: Pit 1, Pit 2, Pit 3, and the newly opened exhibition hall for latest discoveries
Return Time: 1:30 PM~14:30PM (morning tour) or 8:00 PM (afternoon tour)

2)15-guest group B: Meet our staff at the gate of Xi’an Bell Tower Hotel (you need to arrive at the meeting point on your own, we will note you pickup time one day before tour date).

4. Private Tour

Exclusive Service: A private driver will take you to meet your private English guide, and drive you back to your hotel after the museum visit.

5. Important Notes

1) To ensure smooth morning pickups and maximize your visiting time at the museum, please arrive at the designated meeting point (hotel lobby or fixed location) on time.
2) Advisory: The Terracotta Army is subject to extreme overcrowding during China’s major holidays. A visit during these periods is not recommended. If you cannot tolerate large crowds, please cancel your booking. We cannot guarantee a timely return to the hotel after Terracotta visit during the holidays.
3) Notice for 15-Guest Group Tour Bookings:
If you need to catch an afternoon flight or train, please inform us in advance and bring your luggage in the morning. Free luggage storage is available at the Terracotta Army. After the guided tour, take a direct taxi to Xi’an North Railway Station or the airport (45–50 minutes). This lets you visit the Terracotta Army without rushing and avoids traffic jams on the way back to the hotel.
