During the experience, you will discover the fundamentals of Xiaolongbao making, starting with kneading dough and preparing the filling, then learning to roll out wrappers and master the pleating technique to shape classic Xiaolongbao. Throughout the session, the chef will share insights into Xiaolongbao culture and the meticulous details that define Shanghai's dim sum tradition.
