Then, the journey goes to Berat, which has amazing views. It’s called the “City of a Thousand Windows” because of its old houses that go down the hill. It looks like something from a storybook.

In Berat, you can walk through old streets and buildings that take you back in time. The big castle there has old churches and mosques. It also gives you a great view of the city and the valley below.

The river in Berat, called the Osum River, adds to the pretty views. There’s a bridge called the Gorica Bridge that you can cross for the perfect photo spot which faces the river and the houses on the hillside.
