Look forward to the quirky Wichtel Burger, indulge in exotic sushi, discover the secret recipe for Albondigas alla “Grünkorn,” and learn to cook in a relaxed atmosphere.
We all love a variety of street foods or quick tapas to grab on the go. Yet, we often don't know how these delicious treats are actually prepared. This afternoon, you can have it all. At the very least, you'll get to discover an exciting selection of wonderful little specialties and their variations from food spots around the world. In the process, you will learn how to cook them authentically. To start, enjoy a glass of organic Crémant d'Alsace. Make new friends, cook together, and have fun. Along the way, you'll learn fascinating stories about the origins of the dishes.
After the work is done, we will sit together at a long table, enjoy the 4-course menu prepared by everyone, along with regional organic wine from friendly winemakers, and bring the evening to a pleasant close.

The event kitchen is located on the 1st floor; access is possible via ramp and elevator.
