DAY 1 – SALT FLATS, CACTI & SUNSET

Your tour begins with pickup from your hotel within the city of Uyuni, Uyuni Airport, or the Uyuni Bus Terminal, before setting out on your 3-day adventure through the Uyuni Salt Flats and the Bolivian Altiplano.

Departure at 10:30 AM.

Train Cemetery – Explore historic locomotives that reflect Uyuni’s railway heritage.
Colchani – Discover traditional salt processing and browse salt crafts and alpaca and llama wool products.
Uyuni Salt Flats – Cross the white landscape to visit the Saltwater Eyes, Playa Blanca, Salt Hotel Museum, Flags of the World, and Dakar Monument.
Incahuasi Island – Follow trails past giant cacti and ancient coral formations while admiring panoramic views.
Perspective Photography – Create memorable optical illusion photos across the open salt flats.
Sunset Stop – Enjoy the evening colors with wine and chips.

Overnight: Salt hostel in Atulcha.


DAY 2 – ANDEAN LAGOONS & DESERT FORMATIONS

Breakfast at 7:00 AM before continuing through the Bolivian Altiplano.

Chiguana Desert – Travel across open plains surrounded by colorful mountains.
Ollagüe Volcano – Pause for views of the volcanic peaks and surrounding highlands.
Andean Lagoons – Visit Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota, looking for flamingos beside mineral-rich waters.
Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve – Discover varied landscapes of mountains, deserts, and lagoons.
Siloli Desert – Cross sandy expanses dotted with unusual rock formations.
Stone Tree – Photograph this distinctive natural sculpture shaped by wind and erosion.
Red Lagoon – Admire the reddish waters of Laguna Colorada and look for flamingos along its shores.

Overnight: Hostel in Huayllajara or Polques, subject to availability.


DAY 3 – GEYSERS, HOT SPRINGS & ANDEAN LAGOONS

Early departure at 5:00 AM.

Sol de Mañana – Observe steaming vents and bubbling mud pools in a striking geothermal landscape.
Polques Hot Springs – Relax in naturally warm waters with views of the surrounding mountains.
Dalí Desert – Admire scenery reminiscent of Salvador Dalí’s paintings.
Green & White Lagoons – Take in the scenic waters beneath Licancabur Volcano.
Villa Mar – Stop for lunch before continuing the return journey.
Rock Valley – Discover distinctive rock formations along the route.
San Cristóbal – Visit the village before returning to Uyuni.

Arrival in Uyuni: Approximately 5:30–6:30 PM.
