The island has a tourist reception center run by the Llica and Tahua municipal association, which owns the island. This center charges an entrance fee of 30 Bs. (Optional) for visitors to access a well-marked and easily walkable trail that runs around the island and lets you enjoy the views over the salt flat, the cobalt blue sky, and the hundreds of cacti.
