Description
Cross the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, take a shaded walk through grand canyon, and explore the 380-million-year-old Yellow Dragon Cave with an underground boat ride.
Pick-up is available from hotels in downtown Zhangjiajie or near Wulingyuan East Gate between 8:00 and 9:00 AM (exact time will be confirmed based on your hotel location). Then transfer to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon.
■ Morning: Grand Canyon & Glass Bridge (Approx. 4 hours)
Cross the Glass Bridge and continue into the canyon area, taking in views of the surrounding cliffs and valley.
Optional activities are also available on site. A 120 CNY combo ticket includes VR, a mountain zipline (weight limit: 90 kg), a slide, an elevator descent and a short boat ride. Bungee jumping is also available separately.
Continue with a relaxing walk along the canyon trail, passing streams and lakes amid lush greenery.
After lunch (own expense), transfer to Huanglong Cave (approx. 30 minutes).
■ Afternoon: Yellow Dragon Cave (Approx. 3 hours)
Explore the 380-million-year-old Huanglong Cave, a large karst cave with illuminated passages, stalactites and distinctive rock formations.
Inside the cave, enjoy a boat ride along the underground river for a different perspective of the surrounding formations and underground landscape.
Please note that there are some stairs and uneven sections along the cave route.
In the evening, transfer back and drop off at your hotel in downtown Zhangjiajie or near Wulingyuan East Gate.
