2. Cancellation policy: Cancellations are permitted more than 48 hours before the show date. Tickets are issued 24 hours before the performance. No cancellations or refunds are accepted once tickets have been issued.
3. Please present the QR code to enter the venue.

4. Child policy: Children are charged the full fare. Infants are not admitted.
5. Parking is limited. We recommend taking Metro Line 1 to Shanghai Circus World Station, Exit 3.
