Discover the world of Munich's brewing art in the traditional Paulaner Bräuhaus on Kapuzinerplatz. On this original Munich brewery tour, you'll get exclusive insights into the production of home-brewed Paulaner beer – from the malt to the finished Zwicklbier.
The tour starts in the brewhouse with a short introduction. Then you'll get exciting background information about the brewing process and the history of the Paulaner Bräuhaus as part of a film presentation. Then an experienced guide will lead you through the central stations of the in-house beer factory:

Brewhouse with lauter tun & wort kettle
Fermentation room
Aging cellar
Afterwards, you'll enjoy a tasting of two freshly brewed Paulaner beer specialties (Zwickl & seasonal beer) – 0.33 l each.
