Hike through the forests of the Swabian Alps with a fantastic view of Hohenneuffen Castle. Along the way, you'll learn exciting things about stars, galaxies, and the universe. Nature meets the cosmos.
Did you know that all the elements that exist here on Earth originated in a sun? Or that light takes a lot longer to get from the inside of the sun to its surface than it does to get from the sun to Earth? Or that there are objects in the universe where a teaspoon of their matter weighs over a billion tons? If you want to learn more about it, you've come to the right place! On this hike, you'll learn exciting details from the infinite expanses of the universe while enjoying the beautiful nature of the Swabian Alps.
The tour's meeting point is at the S-Bahn station in Echterdingen. From there, you'll be taken to Neuffen by transfer. The circular hiking tour starts there, with a length of about 7 km, 350 m and a duration of about 3.5 hours.
