Enjoy a guided rum-tasting experience in collaboration with specialists from the Oliver & Oliver distillery. Throughout the activity, you will explore a selection of premium aged rums, including Cubaney Centenario, Unhiq XO, Opthimus, and Punta Cana XOX.
During the tasting, you'll learn about the history of rum, the heritage of Oliver & Oliver, and the Solera Method used in crafting these expressions. The experience also covers the essential ingredients of rum production—such as molasses and sugar cane—offering a deeper understanding of how different profiles and flavors are created.
The tasting is complemented by finger food and chocolate pairings. For guests who wish to do so, an optional cigar pairing is available as part of the cultural aspect of the experience.
