Itinerary for the Daily Sightseeing Tour to Floreana Island (Departure from Santa Cruz Island)

7:00 AM – Meet at our agency in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island
Your adventure begins at our agency, where you will receive full snorkel gear (mask, snorkel, and fins) and a brief explanation of the day's activities.

7:30 AM – Transfer to the wharf and departure from Santa Cruz Island
We'll head to the Puerto Ayora wharf to board the boat bound for Puerto Velasco Ibarra on Floreana Island. During the sail, the bilingual naturalist tour guide will share information about the history, geology, and fauna of the archipelago.

10:00 AM – Visit to Galapaguera Natural
Upon arrival in Floreana, you'll visit the Galapaguera Natural, where you can observe giant tortoises in their natural habitat and learn more about the conservation efforts for the species.

10:30 AM – Tour of the Asilo de la Paz
Explore one of the most important historical sites in the Galápagos. You'll visit Pirates Cave, the freshwater spring, and enjoy panoramic views while discovering the history of the first inhabitants of Floreana.

2:00 – Lunch
Enjoy a lunch with local options at Puerto Velasco Ibarra before continuing the adventure.

1:00 PM – Playa Negra and snorkeling experience
Head to Playa Negra for snorkeling with gear included. Depending on the day's conditions, you may see sea turtles, sea lions, rays, reef sharks, and a variety of tropical fish.

5:00 PM – Drop-off on Santa Cruz Island
We will board the vessel to return to Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island. Arrival is scheduled for approximately 5:30 PM, depending on sea conditions.
