Discover Hurghada from a different angle on this relaxed camel riding tour that combines two experiences in one: a ride along the Red Sea beach and through the sandy desert just behind the shore.
Your tour begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Hurghada ( or El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, Soma Bay – extra fee may apply). A short ride takes you to our camel station, located close to the beach.
On arrival, meet your camel and your camel handler. You'll receive a short safety briefing and learn how to mount and ride comfortably. Your camel kneels so you can climb into the saddle easily, even if it's your first time. No riding experience is needed, and an experienced handler leads every camel throughout the ride.
Then the ride begins. Sway gently along the shoreline with the turquoise waters of the Red Sea beside you, feeling the sea breeze as your camel walks across the sand. Riding a camel by the sea is one of the most unique experiences in Egypt, and a moment you'll definitely want to capture on camera.
The route then continues into the open desert area right next to the beach. Enjoy the calm sand, the wide-open space, and the contrast of desert and sea in one view, perfect for photos.
Take a break, and your handler will be happy to help you take photos and videos of you with your camel.
Choose between a morning ride or a sunset ride, when the sky over the sea turns gold and orange, and the temperature is at its most pleasant.
After the ride, you'll be driven back to your hotel.

Evenings in the desert can get cool in winter (November to February), so bring a light jacket for sunset rides
Keep your phone or camera secured with a strap while riding
Please follow the instructions of your camel handler at all times, especially when the camel stands up and kneels down
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Young children may share a camel with a parent

This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or people with back, neck, or joint problems
