Pickup details are sent via email and WhatsApp at 10:00 PM the night before the tour. Please wait at the hotel’s main entrance by the road, not at the reception. Pickup time may vary: Hurghada ±60 minutes, other areas ±90 minutes from the booked time. The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes.
Required information: passport copy (for daily permissions), nationality, hotel name, address, and room number.
Long-range pickups from Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Soma Bay, and Safaga require a transfer add-on at checkout (fee per person).
Snorkeling & safety: Guides accompany all activities. Life vests are mandatory and provided. Equipment is included and sanitized.
Food & drinks: Seafood lunch and beverages included. Special dietary requests with advance notice. Bring cash for island purchases.
