Most visitors spend 3–4 hours. The flaming percussion (fire show) takes place nightly at 9:00 PM, so plan to stay at least until then for the full Night Park experience.

Re-entry is NOT allowed after leaving the venue.
All visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit.
The cashier reserves the right to reject redemption if the information provided does not match or is unclear.
If the name on the ticket is different from the name on the IC/Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
The management of Sunway Lost World of Tambun reserves the right to refuse entry if guests do not comply with the terms and conditions.
