Soak up Binissaida, Menorca, with a stroll through olive groves that connects you with the essence of the Menorcan countryside. You can learn about the process of making our oils up close by visiting our mill and enjoy a guided tasting of our two varieties, Arbequina and Koreoneiki, where you will discover their unique aromas and nuances.

To round off the experience, you can add a country breakfast, a cocktail by the pool, or lunch or dinner at our restaurant.
