INFORMATION IMPORTANTE
We are really looking forward to you joining us on this tour. Regarding the sauna, remember there is no pressure to go into the cold water or to push yourself too hard in the sauna. Many people feel a little nervous, particularly with the cold-water dip, but we will be there to guide, advise, and encourage you every step of the way. Remember, no one will be fully naked, and you can bring a towel into the sauna to cover yourself if you would like; it is seen as very normal. You don't have to do anything you are not 100% comfortable with; the goal is to have fun and make great memories!
If you are coming alone, know that you won't be alone so don`t let that hold you back!
We will meet at a table inside Espresso House, City Centre. (Opposite the Central Train Station) Look out for our sauna elf and Finnish flag and come and say hello! Once everyone arrives, we will make our way to the ferry which takes us to Fortress Island and begin the tour. Remember your guide is at your disposal at all times.
