Your expert guide will introduce you to six exceptional sturgeon caviar varieties, each served in 30 g portions: Royal Baerii, White Sturgeon, Sevruga, Russian Ossetra, Kaluga, and Iranian Beluga. The caviar is served with butter-fried blinis and truffle toasts to fully enhance the flavor profile of each variety.

Beluga (Iran) – rare and refined caviar with large, smooth pearls ranging from light to dark grey. Soft, buttery texture with an elegant flavor and lingering finish. The lighter the tone, the higher the grade and the more prized the experience. A true legend for connoisseurs.
