☀ Saturday, June 20th, join us for a unique daytrip to admire the famous CASTLE of CHAMBORD and BLOOMING LAVENDER FIELDS with a group of friendly solo-travelers, 20-39 y o, French and internationals!
Saturday, June 20th, come and participate in the CASTLE & FLOWER TRIP Castle of Chambord @ Loire Valley & Blooming Lavander Fields (2026 edition)
Our program :
10:00 AM : Meeting Point at Porte d’Orléans (exact meeting location indicated on your ticket)
10:05 AM : MEET & GREET with all the participants and your tourleader
10:10 AM : Ticket checking + bus boarding | 10:30 AM Departure of the bus
Bus time
12:30 PM – 5:00 PM : CASTLE OF CHAMBORD
- Before entering the castle : PICNIC-LUNCH
We will have our picnic-lunch in the park, on the grass, along the canal, in front of the Castle of Chambord
(Don’t forget to bring your lunch: sandwich, salad, prepared dish… and drinks, snacks, or treats to share if you’d like).
If needed, there is a restaurant area on our way to the park if you need to pick up something to eat or want to eat at a restaurant (beware of the waiting lines)
(If needed, there are restrooms on our way to our picnic area and there are more in the castle)
1:40 PM : souvenir group photo in front of the Castle (optional)
1:50 PM : walk together to the main entrance of the castle > queue > group ticket management > entrance
- Discovery of the famous Castle of Chambord and its French-style gardens in the Loire Valley, Valley of the Kings of France. Jewel of the Renaissance UNESCO World Heritage Site with unique architecture, the Castle of Chambord is a must-see!
Follow its fascinating history through introductory films (evolution of plans and castle timelines). Stroll through the halls, floors, bedrooms, and anterooms. Wander in its famous and unique double helix staircase, designed, according to legend, by Leonardo da Vinci! From the rooftop terrace, zigzag between the majestic turrets while admiring the panoramic view of the canal and gardens!
- After visiting the castle : don't hesitate to enjoy a delicious moment at the local produce market and if desired you can get some souvenirs

6:30 PM – 7:45 PM : LAVENDER FIELDS
Photo stop in beautiful fields of blooming lavender (last chance before the annual harvest )
We’ll also have time to sit and relax among the flowering lavender to enjoy the moment.
Possibility to have an apero together (don’t forget to bring drinks, snacks, treats … to share if you’d like).
7:45 PM Meeting point at the bus | 7:50 PM Departure of the bus to Paris
Arrival in Paris around 9:55/10:10 PM (depending on traffic)

Our concept : meet new people while traveling
Age range of the majority of our participants : 20-49 years old (everyone is welcome, all nationalities, all ages)
During the trip you can either follow our tourleader+group or wander on your own if you prefer (as long as you are on time for each bus departure during the trip, easy : simply listen closely to our tourleader during the trip)
Meeting point in front of the Statue du Général Leclerc, Maréchal de France, 4254 Rue de la Légion Étrangère, 75014 Paris

- Transport by coach: Paris -> Castle of Chambord -> Lavander fields –> Paris

NON INCLUS
- Admission to the Castle of Chambord (to be paid directly to the castle, with the help of your tourleader )
- Adult ticket at travel-agency-with-travel-license rate :
- 15€ instead of the full rate at 21€ for French & EU residents
- 25€ instead of the full rate at 31€ for non-EU / non-EEE residents
- Free for 18-25 year olds from the EU
- Entrance to the castle is not mandatory, you can enjoy views of the castle from the park)
- Personal expenses
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, picnic, apero, diner)

Quand dois-je réserver ?

Annulations
Cette excursion peut être annulée sans frais jusqu'à : heures d'annulation avant le début du voyage. Si vous l'annulez après les heures d'annulation ou si vous ne vous présentez pas à l'excursion, le prix total de l'activité vous sera toujours facturé. Tout retard à la prise en charge ou au départ sera considéré comme un retard.
