After a warm welcome and a presentation of the recipes of the day, you'll learn step by step how to make classics such as cannelés, Paris-Brest, lemon meringue pie, or other seasonal desserts.
You'll practice professional techniques: making dough and creams, poaching, assembling, and decorating, all tailored for both beginners and experienced amateurs. The chef will share their tips for success at home and answer your questions throughout the workshop.
Once your creations are finished, it's time to taste them or take them home! You can enjoy your desserts on the spot in a friendly atmosphere and take the rest home to prolong the pleasure. Recipe cards and all materials are included, so you don't need to bring anything.
