Hike across the bay to the Rock of Tombelaine with an experienced guide. Discover the natural heritage of the bay, its history, legends... its tides and quicksand!
Starting from Mont Saint-Michel, you'll embark on a 7km loop that will take you to the Rock of Tombelaine, a granite islet and bird sanctuary in the middle of the Bay. You'll walk barefoot across sandy stretches, cross rivers with water up to your thighs, experience quicksands, and learn how to escape from them!
During this hike, the guide will share insights into the natural, cultural, and historical heritage of this legendary site.
After 3 hours of tranquility, you'll return to Mont Saint-Michel
