Meeting time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure time

Ticket Redemption: Exchange or show your ticket/mobile reservation to staff at the start of your tour.
The Christmas Lights Tour departs from Big Bus Stop 1: Louvre-Pyramide / Big Bus Information Centre located at 11 avenue de l’Opéra (by Big Bus information center) at 17.45 or 20:15 (check calendar for times, depending on date).
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure. Seats available on a first come first serve basis.
You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Activity Provider Reference number and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route. 2. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher. Another popular boarding location is Stop #8: Eiffel Tower, situated at Quai Branly, Entrée 2 Tour Eiffel.
