Every weekend, meet at Port Saint-Sauveur at 2:15 p.m. to board the Riquet Cruise. At 2:30 p.m. sharp, the boat casts off for a peaceful 1.5-hour cruise along the Canal du Midi.
The route heads towards the Ramonville service port, highlighting the canal’s natural and unspoiled character. Throughout the cruise, passengers discover the rich flora and fauna, the iconic plane trees, the shady banks, and the vibrant life along the canal: boaters, locks, barges, and typical local habitats.
The tour includes commentary that provides historical and environmental insights, helping passengers to better understand the ecosystem and the canal’s heritage.
