We set up 3 outdoor tables for 2 people, spaced to guarantee privacy and comfort, and welcome you from our vintage J9, which brings charm and authenticity to the experience.
We offer a variety of organic, local, or sustainable products:
Natural sourdough bread baked over a wood fire
Healthy bowls topped with fresh fruit and homemade granola
Yogurt and raw milk butter
Cheeses: Comté and Cancoillotte, Corsican cheese
Artisanal Corsican charcuterie
Local organic honey and jams
Fresh, organic, and local fruit
Drinks: Mexican organic coffee, real hot chocolate with spices, organic verbena tea, fruit juice made on site with slow and cold extraction to guarantee all vitamins and minerals.
This experience is designed to offer an authentic and comforting moment, outdoors, in a preserved natural setting, with carefully selected products.
