For 1 hour and 15 minutes, you'll discover the history of wine, the basics of viticulture, and the main production methods. Learn the specifics of the French regions and the secret of food and wine pairings. Taste 5 carefully selected wines (2 whites, 3 reds) from various regions and profiles. Learn a simple and professional method of wine analysis through the three phases of tasting: visual, olfactory, and gustatory. Guided by a passionate sommelier, enjoy a truly warm oenological experience, accessible to all, to better understand, appreciate, and tell the story of French wine!
