Start your journey from Tbilisi and discover Georgia through a small-group experience combining history, local traditions, food and hands-on activities.
Begin in Mtskheta, one of Georgia’s oldest cities, where you’ll visit Samtavro Monastery and continue to Jvari Monastery for panoramic views over the meeting point of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers. Continue your journey with a taste of Georgian culture, including local wine, traditional sweets and tea.
Continue to Gori, where you’ll explore the city, visit Gori Fortress and have the option to discover the Stalin Museum and its historical exhibits.
Travel onward to the ancient rock-hewn town of Uplistsikhe. Walk through its caves, tunnels, halls and ancient streets while learning about this remarkable archaeological site.
After exploring Uplistsikhe, enjoy a Georgian cooking experience and lunch. Work with a local host to prepare traditional Georgian dishes before sitting down together to enjoy the meal.
Finish your day with a churchkhela masterclass. Learn how this traditional Georgian sweet is made, prepare your own, and discover the traditions behind this famous local delicacy.
