Dariali Gorge is one of the most dramatic mountain gorges in the Caucasus, located near the Georgia–Russia border along the historic Georgian Military Highway. The gorge was carved by the Terek River at the eastern base of Mount Kazbek and is known for its steep granite cliffs, waterfalls, monasteries, and strategic historical importance.
Juta is one of the most beautiful mountain villages in Georgia, located in the Kazbegi region at about 2,200 meters above sea level. It sits in the Sno Valley beneath the dramatic Chaukhi Massif, often called the “Georgian Dolomites.
Ananuri is one of Georgia’s most iconic medieval fortress complexes, located on the shore of the turquoise Zhinvali Reservoir along the Georgian Military Highway, about 70 km north of Tbilisi.
The fortress dates mainly from the 16th–17th centuries and was the residence of the Dukes of Aragvi. It played a major strategic role controlling the route through the Aragvi Valley and became one of the strongest fortifications in eastern Georgia.
