Your guide will meet you at the public bus stop at “Alpseestraße 2, 87645 Schwangau.” You can park directly across the street in P3 or P1 (parking fee not included). To get there, simply take bus line 73 or 78 from Füssen train station at 8:35 a.m. to Hohenschwangau, get off at the bus stop, and wait for your guide, who will pick you up and personally accompany you to Neuschwanstein Castle, showing you the best spots and the best routes so you don't have to worry about where to walk and won't get lost. If possible, you will take the bus up to Mary’s Bridge (as long as it is open), where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the castle—perfect for stunning photos.
Along the way, your guide will share fascinating stories about Ludwig II of Bavaria, Neuschwanstein Castle, and the captivating surrounding area.
The tour of the palace is conducted with an audio guide in accordance with the official guidelines. Your guide will accompany you to the entrance of Neuschwanstein Castle, help you scan your ticket, and then leave you. From that point on, you will have a 35-minute guided tour of the castle with your audio guide and a guide provided by Neuschwanstein Castle. Afterward, you can linger on the balcony, enjoy a coffee, and let the breathtaking Neuschwanstein monument inspire you.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the tour starting time.
Arriving by bus from Füssen train station: Take line 78 or 73 at 8:35 a.m. Simply get off the bus; your guide will be waiting at the bus stop.
Please note that the tour runs only for groups of 10 or more people. Your voucher is only valid with your guide; please also bring your voucher with you to the tour. Start time: From April 1st to October 15th, 9:00 AM; from October 16th to March 31st, 10:00 AM. The tour may be canceled due to unforeseen illness, and you will, of course, receive a full refund of your money.
The meeting point is at the public bus stop. You will receive a photo of the meeting point. You can park in the P1 and P3 parking lots opposite and walk over (parking fees not included). To get there by bus from Füssen train station (lines 73, 78), take the 8:35 a.m. bus and simply get off at the bus stop in Hohenschwangau and wait. Your guide will meet you in person. Please do not go to the Ticket Center or the entrance to Neuschwanstein Castle; instead, you need to redeem your voucher with your guide. From April 1 to October 15, the tour departs at 9:00 AM, and from October 16 to March 31, the tour departs at 10:00 AM. There is a minimum of 10 people required to run this tour. Please also note that the tour may be canceled due to unforeseen illness.
