Description
Join a private Clay Meditation in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg with your team or group. Be guided by artist and founder of the Clay Meditation using the organic material clay to connect to body and mind.
Gather your team or private group for a creative, hands-on ceramics experience in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Unwind through free-form clay shaping, connect to presence, and set focus to one thing at a time. Be inspired and guided by a Berlin artist in her studio.
Looking for a meaningful team event, or group activity that goes beyond the usual workshop? Gather your group in the peaceful environment of a working ceramic studio in Berlin’s artistic Prenzlauer Berg for a tactile session focused on awareness, slowness, and genuine connection.
Unlike rigid technique classes, this Clay Meditation is a process-driven experience designed around feeling, observing, free expressions, and shared presence. The clay becomes our medium to foster connection to ourselves and practice presence. Whatever was shaped by the hands in clay will be let go in the end. Together we let the hands do the thinking to nurture body and mind.
Working with clay naturally lowers stress, encourages intuitive thinking, and sparks warm. It is the perfect balance of relaxing studio atmosphere and shared presence.
