Most visitors focus on two major areas: Baodingshan, known for its large-scale narrative carvings, and Beishan, celebrated for its refined and intricate sculptures.
Begin at Baodingshan, the main sightseeing area. Explore an extraordinary series of Buddhist carvings where religious teachings, everyday life, family relationships, morality, and philosophy are expressed through detailed stone sculptures.
See the magnificent Thousand-Armed Guanyin, one of Baodingshan’s most recognizable masterpieces. Continue to the monumental reclining Buddha depicting the Nirvana of Sakyamuni, the Wheel of Reincarnation, the Ox-Herding sequence, and the deeply human scenes of the Parental Love Sutra.

Baodingshan and Beishan are separate scenic areas, approximately 15 km apart. Travel between them takes about 20-30 minutes by taxi. Please allow enough transfer time when visiting both sites.
Beishan admission is only included in the corresponding option.
Baodingshan scenic-area transportation is not included in the admission-only option.
The 4K widescreen and 8K dome films are only included in the Digital Cinema option.
Bring the original passport used for your reservation.
Allow approximately 3–4 hours for Baodingshan and additional time if visiting Beishan or the cinema.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Do not touch, climb on, or damage the historic carvings.
Follow all photography restrictions and do not use flash where prohibited.
