Depart from the Campbell River Marine Adventure Centre aboard a comfortable, heated, covered vessel for a scenic 2-hour boat trip to Orford Bay in Bute Inlet. Here, begin a 3-hour land-based experience surrounded by the spectacular mainland mountains.
Local First Nations guides will transport you by bus up the Orford River to a variety of raised wildlife viewing platforms and prime ground viewing locations to look for magnificent grizzly bears, Roosevelt elk, bald eagles, and more.
During your scenic trip to and from Bute Inlet, you may also see killer whales, humpback whales, Pacific white-sided dolphins, Dall’s porpoises, black bears, seals, and sea lions – all in an unspoiled, natural environment.
