Join us in our forest garden for an unforgettable Midsummer feast, where the air is filled with the scent of birch leaves, wildflowers, dill, and firewood. Together we create flower crowns from birch and summer flowers, share traditional food, and listen to stories about nature, people, and the season’s magic.
The table is filled with Arctic flavors - cured, smoked, and pickled fish, baby potatoes with dill, cheese pie, wild meat, creamy cheeses, fresh bread, and sweet summer berries. Between bites, we raise our glasses, sing traditional songs, and celebrate togetherness and the bright northern summer nights.
